Instructions:
Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length original research papers. While submitting a manuscript to CARES 2027, the authors acknowledge that no paper substantially similar in content has been or will be submitted to another journal, conference or workshop during the review period. In such a case the paper will be rejected without review. Papers must be electronically submitted before the deadline expires without exception through Microsoft CMT.
The paper must not exceed 12 pages in length (including all text, figures, and references). The manuscript must be submitted in pdf format only and the file size of the manuscript should not exceed 10 MB.
CARES 2027 follows a single-blind review process. Hence, the authors must NOT remove the names and affiliations of authors from the paper.
Use a proper tool to convert the resulting source into a pdf document that has only scalable fonts with all fonts embedded.
The images embedded in the paper must not contain transparent pixels (i.e., an alpha-channel of a transparent color) since this could lead to problems when displaying or printing the pdf.
The pdf manuscript must not have Adobe Document Protection or Document Security enabled.

All the accepted and presented papers will be published by LNEE Springer*
*It is planned to publish the peer-reviewed and selected papers of conference as proceedings with Springer in their prestigious "Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineeing" series. For detailed instructions for author and editors of conference proceedings, kindly visit the following link: https://www.springer.com/us/authors-editors/conference-proceedings. Select papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. Springer Nature does not charge any money for publication of Non-Open Access content. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expences, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
