CARES 2027

Call for Special Sessions

CARES 2027 solicits proposals for special sessions, preconference workshop, tutorial sessions, doctoral colloquium, poster presentation or any other technical event which are most welcome in respect to the conference topic. 

Benefits of Special Session

Special sessions provide the opportunity to focus in detail on particular emerging topics, which are not reflected in the list of conference tracks or represent specific working fields where researchers would like to meet and discuss advances. 

Special Session Rules

• For special session included in the conference program, minimum 08 submissions from more than 03 different organizations. It is expected that Special Session Chairs engage with their research community to promote their Special Session and thus support an appropriate number of quality submissions to ensure sufficient coverage of the Special Session topic in the conference to warrant inclusion in the program.

• For a Special Session with less than 08 accepted papers, regular submission papers may be identified according to the organizers to complete the Special Session. Alternatively, papers associated with the Special Session may be placed in the regular program.

• Special Session paper submissions are reviewed via the same exact process as submissions to the regular program, and papers are expected to meet the same quality standards.

• Special Session Chair should manage to get minimum 03 reviews per submission. In addition, maximum 02 papers per authors should be considered. Special Session should include maximum 02 organizers per Institute.

• Special session organizers are responsible for Promoting the special session to potential authors and contributors, ensuring that submitted papers are relevant to the special session topic, coordinating with the conference technical program committee and chairing the special session during the conference.

• Papers submitted to special sessions will follow the same submission process as regular conference papers. All submissions must follow the CARES2027 conference paper format. Papers will undergo the same peer review process. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference.

Special Session Proposal Submission Process

Prospective Special Session proposers are expected to submit a document, including the following information:

• Title of the Special Session with acronym

• List of organizers with names, affiliations, email addresses, short biographies, personal websites or Google Scholar profiles.

• Significance of the topic, timeliness, novelty, impact and relevance to the CARES 2027.

• Brief description of the special session (200-300 words). This will be published on the website for accepted proposals.

• If this Special Session has been held previously in another venue, then the organizers should indicate this and describe briefly past attendance and outcomes, and why another special session is needed.

• The conference puts strong emphasis on diversity and we encourage Special Session proposals from diverse teams.

• List of potential contributors and paper titles (if available)

Acceptance Notification to Authors: 1st December 2026

Camera Ready Submission and Registration: 20th December 2026
